If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Conditions of Return

This policy applies to digital products delivered electronically. No physical item needs to be returned. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may be lost once downloading or access begins, provided you have given your prior express consent, acknowledged the loss of that right, and received confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning digital content that is faulty, defective, or not as described.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at help@3oxi.guide with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
